Why being Single really rocks?

At one point in our lives we have been single. Not sure how long and how each individual coped up with it. Relationships are awesome especially when you're with the right person who will love you back. But let's be honest, being single can make you feel more special.

Being single means less compromising and less sacrificing! Focus on your interests and goals and do whatever you want and whenever you want.

I reach this age, still single and waiting for the "Right Man". From my previous blog, I thought I already found "The One", but it's a failure for a long distance relationship. I am now, in the process of healing, accepting, and letting go of the pain.

Being single means:
You don't need to compromise
You have all the time in the world.
You focus more on your career, more quality time to your family and friends
You can seek adventure, fulfillment and exploration over emotional security and control
You have far more time for yourself, your hobbies and passions.

Improving your self-esteem and re-defining your self-worth.

Freedom from emotional responsibility.

Love, look at the two of us

We act like strangers again.

The flame of love is as cold as ice.

Precious words, no longer there?

Precious moments we have, a simple hello

Now vanishing in the air in thirty-seconds.

For second time, I believe in the game of love.

But I fail, with wounded heart.

I thought, the searched is over,

The love I felt in you.

But then, I am just dreaming,

Underestimate how love plays a fool.

Please, wake me up into this bad nightmare

Help me accept  the truth and reality.

Let me heal the bruise from broken promises

For me to believe again, in the name of True Love.

Acting as Super Sonic

It was my first time to act as Super Sonic hero in an Indoor Amusement Theme Park located in Dubai Mall.

It was a hilarious experience and I was laughing out loud while wearing the costume as Super Sonic.

I experienced being hit at the back, hugged, and loved by the kids playing around. There are some kids who are naughty, lovable, and curious.

Now, I experienced being a mascot is not an easy job. Interesting but quite tough in my own opinion

Longing for Christmas

Yuletide season is here again. Christmas decors everywhere, attractive lighting and Christmas songs filled the air.

This will be my third year to spend holiday away from home. There is no place like home, when spending quality time and happy moment with your loved-ones and friends especially on this special occasion that comes once a year.

Though my eyes are filled with lovely colors and my heart listens to wonderful music, still I'm longing for Christmas and New Year's Eve.

Let us all be home on this holiday season.

                         11 am- I reach Male Airport

                         around 2:30pm- alone strolling

                         8pm-  we roam around the street in Male

                        10:45pm- scheduled flight bound to Kuala Lumpur

The Memories in Velavaru

Today will be my last day here in Angsana Velavaru. Mixed emotion as I packed all my things. As one chapter of my journey ends, another chapter will open.

For the remaining two weeks of my stay in this resort, I really enjoyed and spent quality time with my friends. I explore sea creatures under the sea by learning how to swim and snorkel, do canoe, visit local island, join the night party (1st time to experience in this resort), and last night we had a sumptuous family dinner (I consider this my second home)

I requested to our Transportation Manager to have a first flight back to Male. I don't want my friends to see me bid goodbye or else I will break down.

I will cherish all my wonderful experiences,  as I go back home to Philippines.
